Straightforward Fees (No Surprises)

We believe in transparency - so we’re proud to be upfront about our fees.


How much is our sales fee?

We charge a highly competitive 1% of the agreed sale price, on a no sale, no fee basis.
If your sale doesn’t proceed to completion, you don’t owe us a penny. Please note there is NO VAT to pay currently. Should Logie & Co become VAT registered during the transaction, your fee will be inclusive of VAT.


When is the fee payable?

Our fee is handled by your conveyancers and is paid from the sale proceeds once the transaction has completed - nothing upfront, no hidden costs.


What Does the Sales Journey Look Like?

We keep the process clear, organised, and as stress-free as possible.


  1. Free Valuation
    We start with a no-obligation valuation, where we’ll share local market data alongside our experience and recommendations to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
     
  2. Getting Started
    If you choose to instruct us, we’ll take care of compliance documents and guide you through our terms - keeping everything simple and straightforward.
     
  3. Marketing, Done Properly
    We’ll visit the property once to gather all marketing materials in one go, including:
     
    • Professional photography
       
    • Video tours
       
    • Floorplans
       
    • Drone imagery (where appropriate)
       

  1. Your Approval Comes First
    Before anything goes live, we’ll send you the full advert and marketing materials to review and approve - accuracy and peace of mind matter.
     
  2. Maximum Exposure
    Your property will be marketed on the major portals below:
     
    • Rightmove
       
    • Zoopla
       
    • PrimeLocation
       
    • We’ll also promote it across social media, including Instagram, Facebook, and Facebook Marketplace.
       

  1. Viewings & Offers
    We manage all viewings and, where possible, group them together to minimise disruption. When an offer is made, we’ll carry out checks, present it to you clearly in writing, and negotiate firmly on your behalf.
     
  2. Sales Progression & Support
    Once a deal is agreed, we’ll liaise with solicitors, buyers, and surveyors to keep everything moving - from mortgage and structural surveys to final completion.
     
  3. Completion & Beyond
    On completion day, we’ll arrange key release and remain on hand right through to the finish line - and beyond if you need us.
