Defying convention, at Logie & Co Ltd we are more than happy to share that our sales fee is 1% of the sale price achieved. We are also very excited to tell you that this rate includes floor-plans, photography, portal marketing on rightmove, accompanied viewings and offer negotiation with potential buyers to name but a few.  Its also a huge benefit for you to note - we do not charge higher fees if you wish to use another agent at the same time. We believe competition isn't a bad thing - and you shouldn't be penalised by us for wanting a quick sale! thats what we're here for!
