How it works:

Refer a friend, family member, or colleague to sell or let their property with Logie & Co.

Once their property has successfully completed on a sale via us or a tenancy agreement is signed with us, you’ll receive:

🎁 £100 paid via bank transfer or the equivalent value in vouchers of your choice!
 

Fine Print:

The referred client must not already be registered with Logie & Co.

Only one referral reward per property.

Reward issued within 14 days of completion or tenancy start date.

Referrals must be with the consent of the prospective client.
All referees must be aged 18 or over.

(Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, Surveyors, Removal Firms, etc.)

How it works:

Introduce clients to Logie & Co for sales or lettings services.

For every successful instruction that completes with us (sale or tenancy), you’ll receive:

💷 £100 Referral Fee (paid via bank transfer).

Transparency Statement:

In line with NTSEAT guidance, all referral arrangements are disclosed in writing to clients at the earliest opportunity.

Partners must also disclose to their clients where required.

How it works:

Introduce a landlord that brings multiple properties onto our management service

and for each new landlord that signs a management agreement with Logie & Co:

🎁 £250 cash OR 3 month’s free management fees (whichever is less).

Bonus:

Refer 3+ properties from the same landlord and receive an additional £100 loyalty bonus.
