I grew up in Kent but made the move to Norfolk after meeting my husband (and Co-Founder), Matt. We now call Ashwellthorpe home, and it was on the cusp of my 30th birthday that I decided to take the leap and create my own firm. Logie & Co was born from a simple vision: to build an estate agency grounded in transparency, honesty, and real value for clients.

My career path has been anything but linear - and that’s exactly what gives me a unique edge. Originally, my focus was on the creative arts. At school, I immersed myself in art, photography, and graphic design before studying at UCA Rochester and later the prestigious London College of Fashion, where I achieved my BA (Hons) in Illustration.

What started as a “temporary” role in estate agency soon turned into a career I fell in love with. Over the past decade, I’ve built a wealth of experience across sales, lettings, and property management- first in my hometown of Gravesend, then with a Greater London agent where I managed hundreds of rental properties for private landlords.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith, joining a London-based start-up specialising in helping Chinese nationals purchase high-end investment properties. Working directly with the founders during such a challenging period (the pandemic!) gave me invaluable insight into what it takes to build and grow a business from the ground up - lessons that continue to shape how I run Logie & Co today.

By the time I relocated to Norfolk full-time, the pull to create something of my own was undeniable. In January 2024, I incorporated Logie & Co, starting from scratch in the middle of a shifting housing market, with stamp duty changes and a rapidly evolving rental landscape. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding - and every success we’ve achieved so far is shared with our clients.

For me, estate agency is more than property transactions; it’s about people, relationships, and creating genuine value in every interaction. Logie & Co isn’t just my business - it’s a reflection of the standards I believe clients truly deserve.
