Alfie Logie
Head of Collections (and Treat Acquisitions)
Meet Alfie, the most relentless (and adorable) rent arrears enforcer in the business. With a nose for sniffing out late payments and a tail that wags for on-time ones, Alfie takes his job seriously—whether that means gentle but firm reminders or strategic sad puppy eyes to encourage prompt payment.
Known for his paws-on approach, Alfie specialises in doorstep visits, guilt-inducing stares, and the occasional bark of authority. He believes in a fair but firm policy: pay up, and you get a friendly wag; delay too long, and he might just “accidentally” chew your paperwork.
When he’s not collecting what’s owed, Alfie enjoys long walks, belly rubs, and negotiating extra biscuits as a late fee!
Millie Logie
Head of Human (and Canine) Resources
Millie runs the HR department with a firm but friendly paw. Her main responsibilities include boosting office morale, ensuring fair treat distribution, and providing stress relief through spontaneous cuddles. She has an open-door policy (especially if you have snacks) and believes every workplace should be a positive, tail-wagging environment.
Millie takes employee well-being seriously—she’s always available for a quick walk, an encouraging nudge, or a judgmental stare if you’re slacking off. She’s also an expert in conflict resolution, usually settling disputes with a well-placed head tilt and a wag.
When she’s not managing the team, Millie enjoys power naps, belly rubs, and reminding everyone that work-life balance should always include playtime.
